With degrees in Civil Engineering and an MBA from Madrid Polytechnic University, Javier is certified in Project Management and Project Finance. Javier is an expert in concessions and has worked for 18 years in Infrastructure and Real Estate companies managing projects of over €15m. Current activities include project management in renewal energies and parking and advising real estate companies. He is also a professor at the Alicante Polytechnic University and other business school programs in project management and project finance.

Antonio Massó

With a degree in Economics and Business Administration and graduated from IESE in Business Management, Antonio is and has been an independent director of a diverse number companies including investment companies. He has over 40 years banking experience in various management positions, from management of major business units, to M&A and some 20 years in private banking, with very direct relationships with family groups, public and private investors and family businesses.

José Wehnes

José has a degree in business from the University of California - Berkeley and has lived and worked in Mexico, USA, Spain and the UK. During the past 30 years he has managed multinational groups in various sectors. Among his duties, he has steered business development in Europe for multinational companies, acquired companies and also developed organic growth projects. He currently advises groups and investment funds for their investments in Europe.

Juan Salmador Segura
Latin America Development Partner

Graduated in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid, he has a Master in Fiscal Studies from the Centro de Estudios Tributarios y Económicos (CETE) and also a postgraduate in Business Administration from IESE, he has worked for more than 25 years in multinational companies in the energy sector both in the Legal Department as in the International Division, with particular knowledge of the Latin America area. He is member of the Madrid Bar Association since 1988, and he has written several publications and collaborations in the field of law and energy markets. He also has academic experience in teaching postgraduate courses.

Enrique Gómez

With more than 30 years of experience in the financial Industry, he was Financial Director and Secretary of the Board of a Foreign Trade Company, Administrator of a Real Estate Company, Financial Director of a Business Group in the Vet industry and an analyst in the Bank of Spain, and specialized in export financial risks and foreign trade financing. He is also a Financial Coach, Investment advisor, represents HNWI in capital risk institutions, and a Real Estate advisor.

Jaime Tovar

He has studied Independent Board Program at ICADE Business School and Lean Management course at School of Industrial Organization (EOI). With more than 20 years of experience in management and technical positions in different sectors, he has been President of the Center for Innovation and Technology FAICO. He is currently associate in the Organization and Processes area of Unomásdos, advisory firm for companies and investments groups. As Interim manager he carries out projects for restructuring, improvement of operations and change processes in organizations.
